As many as 85 inmates are producing forms, business cards, flyers and digital color products for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, as well as other Ohio state agencies. Southern Region Director
Douglass Beckham House Printing Manager, Joint Legislative Operations, MS

Western Region Director Kevin Honkomp
is the Nevada State Printer and has held that position since July 2003, when State Printing was transferred from the Executive Branch to the Legislative Branch.  He continues to be responsible for the areas he managed prior to taking over State Printing, Legislative Publications and the Legislative Gift Shop.
Nevada State Printing is a digital (20%) and offset (80%) operation with 28 full-time employees producing about $5 million in annual revenue.  The same legislation that transferred Nevada State Printing to the Legislative Branch ended the monopoly State Printing had on state agency work.  Agencies now can get their printing done anywhere, subject only to normal state procurement regulations.  Subsequent legislation (2005) allowed State Printing to compete for any tax-funded work, and much current growth is coming from city, county, and school work. Honkomp holds a bachelor’s in marketing from St. Cloud State University (Minnesota) and spent his first life in retailing.
